Complaints Commissioner's Strategic Review

The independent Complaints Commissioner, Rob Behrens, published his report: A Strategic Review of the Complaints And Disciplinary Processes of the Bar Standards Board in July 2007.

The review followed a 10 month programme of extensive research and interviews designed to scrutinise the whole complaints handling process. All documents relating to the review can be downloaded here.
