Complaints Form

If you wish to make a complaint about a barrister, you will need to complete our Complaints Form . Please complete, sign and date the form and send the signed copy to us by post or by fax (020 7611 1342) with any enclosures. Attached to the Complaints Form is a Monitoring Form, which has the purpose of monitoring the effectiveness of our equal opportunities policy. Completion of this form is voluntary and if you do not wish to complete it this will not affect the treatment of your complaint. It will be used for statistical purposes only.
