The Companies Act 2006 is the largest piece of legislation to be introduced in the UK and represents a radical overhaul of company law. This seminar is designed to provide an overview of the changes already in force, the provisions still to be implemented and the practical issues they present. Elahe Ghazinoori is a non-practising Solicitor acting as a consultant through EMG Associates (UK) Limited, a legal consultancy firm. EMG Associates provides legal services on business and commercial law, offering practical solutions to commercial legal issues. Elahe has a wealth of experience in providing inspiring and engaging training sessions. She presented courses for BPP Professional Development as a freelance presenter for under 2 years (2006 - 2008) and prior to that she was a lecturer at the BPP Law school in London (2006). She was also a senior training consultant for one of the world’s largest corporations, American Airlines (1990-1995). In brief, Elahe has over 17 years of continuous professional experience including both legal and commercial experience.
