Malcolm Underhill Malcolm is a Senior Litigator of APIL and on the Law Society Personal Injury Panel. He practices exclusively in the area of personal injury litigation. He particularly focuses on employer's liability, disease and head injury cases. He has a wealth of experience, having acted for claimants and defendants over the last 20 years.
