Nicholas Bevan - a senior solicitor with specialist expertise in pursuing and defending personal injury claims involving uninsured drivers. Nicholas is in a professional support lawyer role with a leading practice in this field, Bond Pearce LLP. Nicholas is a longstanding member of the APIL, the Law Society and more recently of the Pan-European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers. Nicholas has long been an advocate of periodical payments orders as a means of compensating future loss and has gained a national reputation as a commentator on structured settlements and the new periodical payments compensatory mechanism.
