Code Amendments Awaiting Approval

The Bar Standards Board has approved the following amendments to the Code of Conduct. These amendments are now awaiting approval by the Lord Chancellor under Schedule 4 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990. Once approval has been given they will be introduced into the on-line version of the Code. Hard copies of the amendments will be published periodically.
